At Precision Coating, we want to highlight our Costa Rica facility as a resource available at our customer’s disposal, that can help companies reduce cost, trim lead times, and improve quality.

Precision Coating Company maintains a state-of-the-art automated PTFE and polymer coating facility in the Coyol Free Zone in Alajuella, Costa Rica.

This facility runs many of the same automated systems we use in our Hudson facility, applying many of the same coatings. We have all validations in place for like equipment and procedures in Costa Rica as we maintain in our Hudson, Massachusetts facility, providing dual-source potential to mitigate supply risk. We are ISO 13485 2016 registered under the same systems as our Hudson facility. As we are all acutely aware, business is not “as usual” in these challenging times—stability of supply is even more critical than ever before. Having a redundant sourcing resource is a necessity, not an option.
