Precision Coating to Showcase PFOA and Acid Free Medical Device Coatings at MD&M East 2008

Precision Coating Co., Inc. will be showcasing a PFOA and acid free PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) medical device coating system at MD&M East 2008, being held at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center June 3-5, 2008. Visitors to booth #1867 will receive samples of PTFE coated guide wires using PC 8-4006. “We are having great success with the new formulation as the adhesion is far superior to that of competing systems,” says Bob DeAngelis, President, Precision Coating Co., Inc. The Precision Coating team will be on hand at the MD&M East Show to provide samples and guidance on how to select an appropriate flouropolymer coating system for medical devices.
