Precision Coating to Showcase Reformulated PTFE Medical Device Coatings at MD&M West 2008

Precision Coating Co. Inc. will be showcasing PC 8-404, its reformulated PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) medical device coating system at MD&M West 2008, being held at the Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim, CA January 29-31, 2008. Visitors to booth #2295 will receive samples of aqueous-based PTFE coated guide wires using PC 8-404. “We are having great success with the new reformulation as the adhesion is far superior to that of competing systems,” says Bob DeAngelis, President, Precision Coating Co., Inc. The Precision Coating team will be on hand at the MD&M West Show to provide samples and guidance on how to select an appropriate flouropolymer coating system for medical devices.
