We have been in the coating business for over 54 years. Many of our production employees have over 25 years experience handling and applying PTFE/Teflon® finishes to the demanding requirements of the medical, electronic, automotive and aircraft industries.

In particular, the medical industry has grown substantially in the last 10 years. We have a separate production area for Medical Coatings. This insures not only superior quality but also prompt delivery. A few particularly high volume items in this area have been catheter guide wires, core wires, ground wires, mandrels and hypo tubing that are processed both directly for many medical companies, as well as indirectly through wire manufactures that supply this industry.

In the beginning, we only used DuPont systems, however, over the years we have evolved into making our own PTFE coating systems that can out perform products that our competition has to offer.
