PTFE Coated Fabrics
Precision Coating's industrial fabrics are made from woven fiberglass cloth that has been coated with PTFE. Our PTFE coated fabrics are non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, and have been cleared by the FDA for use in food processing, packaging, and handling.

Fenestration
PRECISIONFAB™ (PTFE coated fiberglass fabrics) and PRECISIONTAPE™ (PTFE coated fiberglass tape) are used in the fenestration industry for the following applications:
- Bonding the vinyl extrusions of new and replacement windows and doors.
- Covering the heated platens to prevent the hot PVC from sticking to the plates.
Both products are specifically engineered to maximize product life, while minimizing down time in the welding production process. Our proprietary coating formulation was developed to:
- Reduce abrasion
- Increase lubricity
- Prevent leaching into the materials
- Last significantly longer than equivalent products from other manufacturers
In addition, they are heat-and PVC-resistant, non-stick and dimensionally stable under extreme heat and pressure (up to 500°F).

Rubber Extrusion
The rubber industry makes extensive use of the desirable properties inherent in Precision Coating’s products.
